NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000918-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL F OWENS A/K/A MICHAEL OWENS; JEANETTE D OWENS; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHAEL OWENS JR, and TENANT #2 N/K/A EDWARD OWENS are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/2/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 20, BLOCK F, ROBINSWOOD HILLS, LESS THE FOLLOWING:
STARTING ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 20, 5 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 20; RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY TO THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 20; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 20, 231.35 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 20; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGES 8 AND 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
