MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-A5 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES1, is the Plaintiff and BRIAN T HAIRE; JACQUELINE HAIRE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; BELLA VISTA AT TIVOLI WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC; TIVOLI WOODS SERVICE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/4/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
