ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-19, is the Plaintiff and KIETTA M GAMBLE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIETTA M. GAMBLE; MARLENE GARDNER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SAMMY GAMBLE III; PALM LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR LITTON LOAN SERVICING LP; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/10/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
