NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 6, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 48-2014-CA-003700-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and NATALIA PERDOMO; ALAN PERDOMO; PARK CENTRAL PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE ESTATES AT PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A REFUSED NAME are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/10/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 9, BUILDING 2, OF THE ESTATES AT PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8662, PAGE 3767, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO.
