NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 29, 2015, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-016870-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association is the Plaintiff and Rafael Rios-Mangual; Ana M. Griel-Acevedo; Hector L. Parodi; Oakshire Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. Bernabe Management Service; Electronic Data Systems Corporation; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 4th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34 OF OAKSHIRE ESTATES PHASE 1 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46 PAGE 35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
