NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed in open Court the 29th day of September, 2015, entered in Case no. 2015-CA-004146-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Orlando, Florida, Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:

Subject to an easement for drainage over the North 75.0 Feet thereof, Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, including subordinate lienholders, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim with the clerk within sixty (60) days after the sale.
The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
