NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 9, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013CA-005017-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and CARMEN S. PEREZ, OSVALDO E. PEREZ, CHELSEA OAKS MANAGEMENT COMPANY, SKYWAY TERRACE HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. FOR SHELTON MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT I, UNKNOWN TENANT II, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of November, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 16, Skyway Terrace Addition, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 131, Page 16, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
