NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale in Civil Case No. 2014CA-000939-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-6CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6CB is Plaintiff and JULIE HALL AND PHILIP HALL, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on November 9, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
