NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-001761 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Caren J. Hewitt, Boca Grande North Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 44 OF BOCA GRANDE NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 817, PAGE 954, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 49A THROUGH 49J, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
