CIANO A/K/A JOSEPH ALBERT CIANO, DECEASED; BARBARA ANN NEWBURY, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH A. CIANO A/K/A JOSEPH ALBERT CIANO, DECEASED; JOANN CIANO BROUGHTON A/K/A JOANN C. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
