NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will sell to the highest bidder, for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 11 o'clock a.m. on the 6th day of November, 2015, the following-described real property:
Unit 32, 14422 Worthwhile Road, Port Charlotte, Florida 33953 more particularly described as Lot 32, The Waterways, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 14A, 14B and 14C, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
