NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003736 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6is Plaintiff and RONALD P. CAMACHO, et al., are Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 5th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2182, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 37, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 41A THROUGH 41H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
