NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 8th day of October 2015 and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of November 2015, the interest in real property situated in Manatee County and described as:
LOT 17, BLOCK J, HEATHER HILL ESTATES UNIT 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE 1969 DELORES MOBILE HOME SN# 2A1276A & 2A1276B AND ALL ADDITIONS AND ATTACHMENTS.
TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE LEASES, RENTS, ISSUES AND PROFITS ARISING THEREFROM AND THE BUILDINGS AND APPURTENANCES AND TOGETHER WITH THE FURNITURE, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT SITUATED THEREIN AND LOCATED THEREON.
