NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-001702 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Amy Tobin are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF CENTER LINE OF EXTENSION OF CORTEZ AVENUE, AS LOCATED IN DEED TO SNEED, OF RECORD IN DEED BOOK 246, PAGE 131, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, WITH EAST LINE OF LOT 7, OF PLAT OF RECORD, IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 71, GO THENCE SOUTH 65 FEET, THENCE WEST TO CENTER LINE OF SAID LOT 7, GO THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID CENTER LINE, 65 FEET TO CENTER LINE OF CORTEZ AVENUE EXTENDED, THENCE EAST TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
