Notice is hereby given that on November 13, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Manatee Circuit Court, will offer for sale, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Manatee County, Florida, as follows:
Unit E-1, Building E, Cortez Plaza Apartments, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 620, Page 235 and Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 29 and any amendments made thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 17, 2015, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on October 5, 2015 in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
