NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien dated October 20, 2014 and recorded October 22, 2014 in the Official Records Book 2541, Page 5021 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, the Claim of Lien dated October 20, 2014 and recorded October 22, 2014 in the Official Records Book 2541, Page 5019 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, the Claim of Lien dated October 20, 2014 and recorded October 22, 2014 in the Official Records Book 2541, Page 5022 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida and the Claim of Lien dated July 20, 2015 and recorded August 3, 2015 in the Official Records Book 2586, Page 6051 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at GULF STREAM BEACH RESORT Manager's Office, 1501 Gulf Drive North, Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 on the 18th day of November, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
