NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-005736 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and James A. Schwegmann, Tenant #1 n/k/a Roberta Robella, Tenant #2 n/k/a Abel Robella, The Unknown Spouse of James A. Schwegmann n/k/a Sharon Schwegmann, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12th of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 13 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 14, PONCE DE LEON PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
