O-7, IN BUILDING O, OF THE SECOND BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 14, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 400, AT PAGE 180, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
