NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Default Judgment and Foreclosure Sale entered on October 6, 2015, in case number 2015 CA 1509, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein University Park Community Association, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust Series 2012-3, a foreign corporation and R-G Crown Bank, n/k/a Fifth Third Bancorp., a foreign corporation, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sale conducted via internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on 2nd day of December, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., the following described property in Manatee County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Marlow, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 59, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
