NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on November 2, 2015, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 0406 OF HERITAGE BAY VISTAS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
