TOGETHER WITH TO A NON-EXCLUSIVE INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT THIRTY FEET (30 FEET ) WIDE, THE CENTERLINE OF WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE HEREIN ABOVE DESCRIBED POINT A”; THENCE RUN NORTH 01 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 48 SECONDS EAST FOR 30.01 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID PEPPER ROAD AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 01 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 48 SECONDS EAST FOR 149.57 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST FOR 27.35 FEET TO THE HEREIN ABOVE DESCRIBED POINT “B” AND THE END OF SAID CENTERLINE, SAID EASEMENT LYING FIFTEEN FEET (15 FEET ) LEFT AND FIFTEEN FEET (15 FEET ) RIGHT OF SAID CENTERLINE.
