NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 5, 2015 and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-001776-00 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and EDWARD M. ENGELSEN, SR.; JENNIFER B. ENGELSEN; KURT O. ENGELSEN; LYNNE E. ENGELSEN A/K/A LYNN ENGELSEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION II, INC.; LAKEWOOD COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 2nd day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 212, BUILDING C-4, LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM UNIT II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 771, PAGE 917, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
