NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-000321-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL C. TYLER A/K/A MICHAEL CHARLES TYLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 32, Pebblebrooke Lakes, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 4 through 12, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
