NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2015, and entered in 11-2014-CA-001749-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN FINANCIAL RESOURCES, INC., is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN BENNET THOMAS ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN BENNET THOMAS ; COACH HOMES I AT HERITAGE BAY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on November 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 39101, BUILDING 39, COACH HOMES I AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4183, PAGE 2488, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 10454 SMOKEHOUSE BAY DRIVE #101, NAPLES, FL 34120.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
