AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and DANIELLE ELIZABETH KEHL A/K/A DANIELLE E. KEHL A/K/A DANIELLE KEHL; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A JOHN KEHL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. FOR FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORP., AN OP. SUB. OF MLB&T CO., FSB are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on November 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 1, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 25, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
