NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2015, and entered in 2011-CA-002100 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-OPT1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and NELSON A. MUNOZ are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on November 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINING AT THE SE CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN DUE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 240.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF THE BEGINING OF THE LAND HERBY DESCRIBED, THENCE CONTINUE NORTH ALONG THE SAME LINE 180 FEET, THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 240 FEET, THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 180.00 FEET, THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF 240 FEET TO THE POINT OF THE BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
