NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001205, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWMBS 2006-OA1) (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CORY CHICKERING, BRIARWOOD PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., DOVER PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Court for COLLIER County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the LOBBY on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E-204, DOVER PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2495, PAGE 2880 THROUGH 2962, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
