NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default entered October 6, 2015 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
UNIT L-5, PHASE 6, THE VILLAGES OF EMERALD BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED NOVEMBER 1, 1989, IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1480, PAGE 1861 THROUGH 1976, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
for cash In Person at Collier County Courthouse Annex Building, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., 3rd Floor Lobby, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 am on November 2, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
