NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 8, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003847 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2 day of NOVEMBER, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 266, Quail Roost, Unit II, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, of record in Official Record Book 1140, Pages 1078 through 1165, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Together with that certain Doublewide 1985 Green Boat Mobile Home, Title #'s 50196931 & 50196932, ID's FLFL2AF043206711 & FLFL2BF043206711.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
