Shoemaker , Marvin R. Shoemaker , City of Cape Coral, Florida, Fifth Third Bank (South Florida) are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash At the Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe St., 2nd Floor Civil Office Lobby, beginning at 11:00 am in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida on the 2 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 26 AND 27, BLOCK 3256, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
