NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated June 1, 2015, and was recorded June 16, 2015, in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida as instrument #2015000129869 of Lee County, Florida, (6 pages), I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at LAHAINA INN RESORT Manager's Office, 5580 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931 on the 18th day of November, 2015, at 2:00 p.m., the following described real property located in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
