NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ELAINE E. DIRENZO; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-F; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MATTHEW DIRENZO; GREGORY DIRENZO; PAMELA KNIGHT; BEVERLY DIRENZO; BEVERLY DIRENZO, AS GUARDIAN FOR ZEKIAL J. DIRENZO, A MINOR, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 12th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1168, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 121 THROUGH 135, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
