NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050295, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2007-11 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and HOWARD G. FREY; BOTANICA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 12 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 333, BOTANICA LAKES-PLAT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000244697, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
