NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050603, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and STEVEN L. HOLDEN; JACQUELINE L. TAYLOR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE L. TAYLOR N/K/A VERNON HANEY, III, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 12 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17 AND 18, BLOCK 150, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT 14, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 219 THROUGH 225 PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
