NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005090 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and MARK HOCHSTETLER; JANELLE HOCHSTETLER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 23, Township 36 South, Range 18 East, thence North 20 feet, thence West parallel to the South line of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 194.48 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence North along the East line of West 150 feet of the East 1/2 of SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 180 feet, thence West parallel to said South line of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 150 feet, thence South along West line of E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 180 feet, thence East parallel to and 20 feet North of the South line of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 150 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with an easement over the Easternmost 225 feet of the South 20 feet of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 23, Township 36 South, Range 18 East, lying and being in Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
