YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to Quiet Title on the following described property:
Unit Week 33 in Condominium Parcel 207, VERANDA BEACH CLUB, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1525, Pages 1328 through 1419, and Amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Pages 6 and 6A through 6J of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Shannon Hankin, 6841 Energy Court, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34240 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
