NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 11, 2010 entered in Civil Case No.: 2008-CA-012501 of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. EST on the 9th day of November, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 16, FIRST ADDITION TO NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 29, 29A-29J, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
