NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the following real estate described as:
LOT 60, NOTTINGHAM SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 9, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, LESS, that part of Lot 60 of said plat described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 60, in the center line of Arrow Way, said point lying South 5 degrees 03'31” West 116.92 feet from the Northeast corner of Lot 61, of said plat; thence Southerly along the centerline of Arrow Way on a curve to the right, having a radius of 545.33 through a central angle of 0 degrees 10'10” an arc distance of 1.61 feet (chord bearing and distance South 11 degrees 18'48” West 1.61 feet); thence leaving said centerline run South 88 degrees 28'24” West 150.29 feet to a point on the rear line of Lot 60; thence along the rear line of Lot 60, North 39 degrees 12'55” East 3.55 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 60; thence along the North line of Lot 60, North 88 degrees 54'17” East 148.34 feet to the point of beginning.
