NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 7, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-007932 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and RICHARD VANNUCCI, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on February 4, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
