LOT 54, ASBEL CREEK PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 122-131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock, A.M, on November 16, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
