NOTICE IS GIVEN that in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2014 and entered in CASE NUMBER: 13-CA-5648-WS, in the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, wherein ADVANTA IRA SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and MALGORZATA WALUS, et al., are the Defendants, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell the following described property in PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Lot 260, ALOHA GARDENS UNIT FOUR, according to the map or Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 25-26, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11 a.m. on November 23, 2015.
