YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Pasco, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real and personal property described as follows:

The West 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the following described Tract 13 of the unrecorded plat of OAKWOOD ACRES, being further described as follows:
The East 1/3 of the West 3/8 of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida. LESS the North 53.00 feet and the South 25.00 feet thereof. The East 15.00 feet of the above described property being subject to an easement for ingress and egress. Along with Perpetual rights to use an easement of the West 15.00 feet of the East 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of said Tract 13.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D.
