Notice is given that pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2015, in Case No. 51-2015-CA-000273-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which William Quinn, Teresa Leon, Jules M. Hanken and the Clerk of the Court in and for Pasco County, Florida are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on November 23, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 77, WEST PORT SUBDIVISION, UNIT TWO, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 149, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
