NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 19, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-015314 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR JP MORGAN 2006-A4 is Plaintiff and TERESA MARIA GRILLOAKA TERESA MARIA GRILLO-MONROE AKA TERESA GRILLO-MONROE , VICTOR P MONROE, DIAMOND HILL MASTER ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, DIAMOND HILL PATIO HOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, DIAMOND HILL SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., THE RYLAND GROUP, INC.CT CORPORATION SYSTEM, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERESA MARIA GRILLO AKA TERESA MARIA GRILLO-MONROE AKA TERESA GRILLO-MONROE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of November, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 363, of DIAMOND HILL PHASE 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 102, Page(s) 7, inclusive, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
