NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-8418 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-6CB, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-6CB c/o Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC is Plaintiff and JAMES R. SCHUBERT, JR.,; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on February 22nd, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
