NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-001778, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and GERARD D. DUBE A/K/A GERARD DUBE; SOUTH COVE AT SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, BLOCK 4, SOUTH COVE PHASES 2/3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGES 288 THROUGH 298, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
