NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-017037 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Andrew Sterling are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 1313, PHASE 1, THE TOWERS AT CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 70, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4131, PAGE 431, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHING HERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND FOR THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
