NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-003287 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC., et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 321, RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM I, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 52, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3615, PAGES 1906 THROUGH 1997, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3632, PAGE 1210 AND FURTHER AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
