NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2015, and entered in 2011-CA-011969 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-81, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-81 is the Plaintiff, and BANK OF AMERICA NA; CHARLES DOUGLAS JONES; and TAMMY LYNN JONES, are the Defendants.
