NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 09-CA-030657 Division M1 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-23 is the Plaintiff and Trudy J. Anderson a/k/a Trudy Swedberg-Anderson; Unknown Spouse of Trudy J. Anderson A/K/A Trudy Swedberg-Anderson; First Citrus Bank; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 10th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 69, PALMA CEIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
